Welcome to Hang Up the Heels!
I’m Stacey. In this blog you’ll hear a lot from me. You’ll probably also hear a lot about my Daughter, Sadie. Sadie is my only child (for now), she was born on October 19th, 2010 in Los Angeles, CA. We had a complicated pregnancy and a loooong delivery, but Sadie is now a happy and healthy child, growing so much every day. You will also probably read a bit about Devin, he is my husband. All three of us, together with our bulldog Berkeley, are recent transplants to SF from our original home in LA.
This blog began with the birth of my baby Sadie. I wanted to document her life in a way that really captures what it feels like to be a new mom and a new baby and the way we change and grow. So here it is… the horror and the magic of motherhood. And the funny little tid-bits of being a modern aged family gal.
